As promised in part I of Holland events, we have found three more fun groups for you to dive into and hurry those long winter months along!
Holland Ukulele Group Strum & Hum & Drum
Every third Saturday of the month until June 17, 2017
Doesn’t the thought of Hawaii bring a smile to your face? If so you will love this group! Every third Saturday of the month until June 17, 2017 you are welcome to join this group of ukulele players to learn and play new songs together. Don’t have a ukulele? No problem, you can bring another type of percussion instrument or borrow one of theirs.
This event takes place at Holland Heights Christian reformed Church located at 836 E. 8th St. from 10am-noon and it’s free!

Coloring Club
Saturday mornings from 10:00am-noon
Who doesn’t love to color? It’s good for your mind and is a great way to relax! Holland’s Famous Carolyn Stitch (Tulip Time’s 2015 poster designer) opens her downtown Holland studio for families and friends to come color, eat breakfast, and have fun! Admission is $15.00 and all of the proceeds go to the Kids Food Basket. Carolyn Stitch Studio is located on 206 College Ave.

Holland High Theatre presents Mary Poppins
December 1-11 with performing times at 2pm and/or 7pm
Holland High Theatre group is bringing back the classic tale of Mary Poppins and all of her magic to the city of Holland! Tickets are on sale now at https://www.hollandtheatreguild.org They are priced at $15 for adults, $10 for students (18 and under) in advance. Prices do go up $5 if purchased at the door. This takes place at Holland High Performing Arts Center located at 6020 Van Raalte Ave. Don’t miss out on this exciting musical, your family will love it!
