Learning to take care of your teeth is one of the many things you learn as a child. As you grow up your knowledge expands and you learn the things you should and shouldn’t do. You know brushing and flossing is good, and using your teeth as a wrench is bad.
As adults we like to think we’ve figured everything out, however many of us still have a lot to learn.
Did you know that you should spit your toothpaste out but not rinse after brushing?
